PXE install

I recently had to set up a PXE install and preseed everything.  I had serious issues with this, the main culprit was the documentation being incomplete or outdated.

Since I spent all the time to work though all the issues and getting this running I would like to fix the documentation so other people wont have to go though 4 days of fiddling to get everything working.
