help! on d-i

I want to replace the generic ubuntu kernel with the openVz kernel
(available at
http://packages.ubuntu.com/hardy/i386/linux-image-2.6.24-16-openvz/download)
in the server dist. As the open-vz patch for hardy is not stable yet. I am
working in gutsy. Please guide me... How can this be acomplished?
