problem while creating customized live cd

Hi,

  While booting my customized live cd, it was booting up to some
limit, after that it is getting into the busybox,
   and i got the error message in casper.log as
  "mount: Mounting /dev/loop0 on //filesystem.squashfs failed: Invalid argument
    Can not mount /dev/loop0 (/cdrom/casper/filesystem.squashfs)	on
//filesystem.squashfs"

   I don't know how to rectify this, Please do the needful.
