While i am downloading something or upgrading ubuntu, it takes all the bandwidth and i cannot even open a webpage. I never faced this problem in Windows. Is it Linux Kernel's bandwidth management problem or an ubuntu-specific one? I am using MTNL Broadband 512Kbps.
