There are ways to install Ms Office in Ubuntu. I have done it for Ubuntu 9.10, but it does not work very efficiently. So, I suggest you use openoffice for most applications, or can install Windows as a virtual machine and use Ms Office.

You have OpenOffice Installed with Ubuntu. Why would you like to put MS Office. Well I dont know whether it can be run in Wine, but I can see no point even if it works because too many ifs and buts will be there. Open Office is much better than MS Office. Get used to it
