<br>I have a suggestion for the whole mess, <br><br>Scan the /boot folder/drive with "Disk Usage Analyzer", then you can know what is that which takes so much space in your boot drive...</blockquote><div><br>The thing is... there are some unused older kernels... they must be removed to free up the space... there's not need to check which file is eating more space. Normally I allocate 32MB to /boot partition and whenever I install new kernel, I remove older one.<br>
