Great idea. Ubuntu Nicaragua has made some great CD/DVD labels for Karmic (and Jaunty earlier), and according to [1], they intend to keep going. License is CC-BY-SA 3.0. The artwork ( not only CD/DVD labels) is available here. Also, [3] apparently prints mugs, T-shirts and calendars and stuff. Common members of GSoC-India and Ubuntu-IN lists will recognize [3] from the recent discussions on xkcd t-shirts on the GSoC-India list.
