Hello all,

I'm from the Ubuntu NJ LoCo Team and I'm going to be in Delhi for the next 6 months or a year. I'm working at a small non-profit helping transition them to Ubuntu (and other FLOSS). I am definitely interested in joining up with any advocacy work you are doing.

I'm a big fan of trying direct advocacy (albeit without much success). I was wondering has anyone tried going after internet cafes? (I find many of them use IE and are riddled with virus', I unfortunately do not speak Hindi which makes it more difficult to explain things, much less convince an owner) What have you tried in the past with success?

These are two links that we may find helpful in the future for determining our effect on all of India (I'm an optimist):
[1]Browser Version Usage - IE6 is the most popular in India, whereas worldwide IE7 is.
