i think you need to check your resolv.conf. <br>try adding the following into your /etc/resolv.conf. <br>nameserver <a href="http://64.202.97.1">64.202.97.1</a><br>nameserver <a href="http://64.202.97.2">64.202.97.2</a><br>
<br>these are some third party dns servers. They work for my Tata Indicom connection, (when the default ones they give are very slow). Should work for you.
