But, before jumping into the mid sea, what precisely are you planning to do? [1] Are you asking us to sit on a IRC discussion and make of list of things to do be done? If yes, what kind of things. If not, then? [2] Do you expect us to take one kind of task and mentor the students who come forward to do it? If yes, what are the task, how do you plan to keep things in check and where do the students come from? If no, then? [3] We contribute on our own passion to do. We have nothing pressuring up to do them, rather we have other things which might prevent us from contributing as much as we would like to. IMNSHPO, I do not count on college students to have passion to do the same, especially if they do not have 2-3 years of exposure to FOSS and are motivated by the community (and its contribution) [4] Once we fix on with a list of idea pool, as you mention, what are the consequent steps to put this into action. Do you have a plan or blueprint? If yes, please provide us with it. I am requesting for an IRC discussion and build up a list of things to be done.. from the discussion we can have an idea pool created and then look forward to implement those plans/ideas subject to approval of the loco team members.. For this we need a separate wiki page for the idea pool so created mentioning its status i.e whether its in discussion/drafting or approved or deferred/dropped.. And  if the  idea is implemented it will  appear  on our current projects page with the name of the assignee.. That  would be my point  of  view...So for this to happen I thought I would register up a sprint/meeting on LP with the probable dates so that attendees/people who are interested can register themselves for the meeting..and I chose IRC because I thought the best way to get everyone on a single platform is an IRC.
