Hello,<br>As described on Ubuntu website for up gradation&nbsp; (<font size="-1"><span class="a">www.<b>ubuntu</b>.com/get<b>ubuntu</b>/upgrading) </span></font>from Ubuntu 7.04 to 7.10.Its not posible to upgrade&nbsp; from ubuntu live 
cd.If you need to up gradation from 7.04 to 7.10 without internet connection, then just download 7.10 alternate cd or download ubuntu 7.10 dvd.<br>Dvd have all Ubuntu software, including live disk, hard disk install, server install, and up gradation too.
