BSNL engineer is not generally well versed with linux.<br>In my case, my modem is configured as DHCP with help of engineer in <span style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline;">MSWindow</span><br>Modem CD there is help how to configure DHCP in MSwindows. If it works, then linux
