[ubuntu-in] Strange broadband connection issues

Issue resolved
Seems that the issue with the ZTE ZXDSL - 531B was to do with the MTU (data
packet size) some one from another list suggested decreasing the size - it
was set at the maximum 1492 - i lowered it to a random 800 and the internet
via the ZTE is back to normal
