[ubuntu-in] Plug and Play Mobile Broadband devices

Hi

Am looking for recommendations for PlLug and Play mobile broadband / 3g
Devices with further suggestions for good internet plans.

Some people asking for hep got themselves a range of reliance devices and
each one of them require wvdial and some script running (modprobe and
stuff) before it can run. Seems like they keep getting devices that became
outdated in 2008-09 and the  reliance instruction to setup  for such
devices on Linux are just a tad older than Linux itself

So am looking for suggestions
1. For devices that enable broadband or 3g and will run in Ubuntu 12.1o and
upwards by being enabled trough network manager

2. For suitable internet plans to accomapany the said devices that would
allow roaming free , reliable and fast internet connections
