May I request you to post the how to install as well -

Also I have 1.4.3 installed , so will the new install over write the
existing one of will it simple run along side

Am only a really slow mobile 2g connection - the
Scribus_1.5_indic.tar.bz2<http://www.atps.in/download/Scribus_1.5_indic.tar.bz2>
is
about 71 MB

not sure how much the patch is ??
