Hi

Am curious if folks know of any open source accounting packages which are
being used on a daily basis by non profits or other small organizations (in
india)

*
Have been trying to figure out what is best and there are many options
(available in the repos)
*sql-ledger*
*frontaccounting*
*gnucash (mostly for individuals)*

available as tarballs etc from sites likes sourceforge
*gnuaccounting*

*
In all these cases there is a considerable setup time and possibily a
learning curve. And since most of these are $ based would However am still
to come across reviews or information of use of any of these (or any
others) by non profits (and / or small organizations)

If someone happens to know of such organizations it would be helpful to
know. Also would be happy to know of any actual use guides and manuals.

kind regards
Ram
