[ubuntu-in] D-link DWM 156 usb 3g modem

Hi all,
I guess D-link DWM 156 usb 3g modem is very new to have usb modeswitch
support.
lsusb output is

Bus 002 Device 010: ID 2001:7d00 D-Link Corp.

could anyone tell me how to make this work on ubuntu 12.10?
