[ubuntu-in] Ubuntu 12.04 on Macbook Pro 5,1

I wouldn't be at all familiar with how to do that. But then, you've got
Ubuntu :-) -- so I'd say no need for OSX. If you do ever want to try OSX
though, probably the only really good way to do it is on an Apple
machine.
