The fact that the original url says something else and redirects to
something else is one issue and the fact that the content it directs to is
nothing to do with the original url and is instead a stupid ad for weight
reduction means that this is spam

Question is , has the op's account being hacked , if not an apology is in
order.
And if his account has not been hacked then i think a ban is in order.
