[ubuntu-in] Cannot even Browse while Downloading or Updating ubuntu

HI Jai,

I haven't faced this problem in Ubuntu ever. My network cable is highly
utilized by Downloads, VMs etc. and still the updates work fine for me. It
could be a problem with the network speed.
