[ubuntu-in] Requirements for submitting artworks

Dear Ubuntu-in LoCo administrators,
     It's nice to see your efforts and enthusiasm to set up an Indian 
LoCo team for Ubuntu. Going through your website 
<http://www.ubuntu-in.info> was an enticing experience . I'd like to 
contribute some artwork for this team e.g. wallpapers, icon etc. The 
artworks are composed with open-source software like GIMP and Blender. 
I'd like to know

  * the procedure of submitting the artwork
  * whether the source files of the artworks are needed to be submitted
    or not (e.g. /.blend, .xcf/)
  * licensing terms
