Both the official distributors for raspberry pi ship to India. I had
checked the cost sometime back and I think the B model was costing
about Rs. 2500 - 3000. Add a keyboard and mouse, the cost goes around
4000 (max).
Raspberry Pi has HDMI out so you can connect it to LCD TV (if it has
HDMI) or a LCD monitor with HDMI2DVI converter cable.

In this age why would you like to use CRT monitor?
