[ubuntu-in] Ultimate edition 3.4 (based on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS)

thanks for the guidance. Is it possible to install ultimate edition 3.04 in
addition to ubuntu 12.04 within Win XP? for ubuntu 12.04 "wubi.exe"
installer is available - but for Ultimate Edn 3.04 installer exe similar to
"wubi.exe"is available?
