[ubuntu-in] trying to install Hindi aspell spellchecker in new netbook

you were right!! :-)
I went into permissions for the folder, and it was not set to executing
as a program. At first it wouldn't allow me to change it, but when I
opened nautilus using gksudo then it allowed me to change it, and then
the spellchecker installed perfectly.
