Actually it is 192.168.1.1 and not 192.186.1.1. Follow the

I think the important thing is to configure the modem in such a way
that the username and password is entered during configuration itself.
This way when you switch on the modem it will get connected to the
internet automatically. You will not need to make a connection from
your computer and you can start browsing as soon as you switch on your
computer.
