[ubuntu-in] SCIM not able to activate in 11.10

I have attached the file. And indeed I did copy this very file from my
laptop to bring it into the new netbook. This IS the very file which
works perfectly in other five computers here in our place. The ONLY
computer which is giving problem with this very file, is the new netbook
running 11.10 and ibus. All the other computers are running previous
versions of Ubuntu, and SCIM. So sure, please do have a look at the mim
file I've attached-- but I don't think that is the problem as it works
perfectly in the other five computers here.
