That is absolutely not what "this is project time for students." implies.

err what link ? where?

The DPG-LUG Summer Training program took months of effort and getting volunteers to
prepare modules in advance and spare time every day to train the students and
the students themselves attending various modules they were interested in.

Such programs don't happen just my shooting a mail and asking for a "list of
names". Someone needs to actively take responsibility for the program and run
it. Otherwise it'll be a disservice to both the students and the FOSS
community as I pointed out in my original mail.
