[ubuntu-in] Libre Office 3.3.0 available for download

I am not sure but I read a few comments on some forums and blogs which
suggested users to install LibreOffice via PPA that reported missing
libraries and dependancies that broke Open Office and rendered some
files inaccessible.

Maybe that would have prompted the suggestion.
