[ubuntu-in] Official Ubuntu wiki being abused/exploited (pls. forward to appropriate team)

I don't get the point, on clicking the above links the browser offers to
download a file, the download file in turn is blank

?? so what's the issue , any screen shots etc

also what do you mean by got the URL from a spammer ?

curious (wonder if this is the kind that gets the cat)
