[ubuntu-in] Speech to text software for Ubuntu

Hi

wanted advise on speech to text software that is available for Ubuntu.

Am currently trying pocketsphinx and julius and sphinx 2

however all seem to have "non simple" command line options and am
unable to get it to work

was wondering if someone had access to a simple guide to get one of
these going , and which also maybe had some description of the basic
hardware requirements

would appreciate advise
