Even at a cost of $5 per user per month, i think it is fairly high (for an
NGO atleast). There are fairly robust Zero cost options that one can
possibly use. On a long term basis a regular outgo of this magnitude is in
my opinion fairly high. And as expected this is probably a PR exercise from
the company.
