[ubuntu-in] Ext driver in Windows and File sharing

This Q is for those who dual boot with Windows.

Do you use a Ext driver in Windows to access your Linux Partitions or you
prefer to keep Win completely isolated. If yes which one. And is there one
that can do ext3 and ext4.
How and what strategies do you use to share data between the OS's
