[ubuntu-in] [Website] India-centric support options on front page

Let me put it this way.

I do use it whenever any Ubuntu system I have helped install, crashes or
need a command for an issue. Have been instrumental in converting a few
friends and relatives to Ubuntu OS over the past few months, and so I end up
getting calls for quick fixes from them quite regularly. Since I don't
remember the codes off-hand, I have to search for them online. Most of the
times, I end up accessing it from my phone and sending the code as a sms.

Regards,
Jagadeesh
