[ubuntu-in] What can we do to make our LoCo shine?

Hello all,

I am Mohan from Tamil Nadu. I am in Ubuntu network for more than two years
and I am reside at #ubuntu-in at Internet relay chat in the nick Mohan_chml.
I believe that our LoCo is great and some more activities will make our Loco
shine. I got up with some Ideas and I wrote them in a wiki and you can see
