Yes

Its a version of Debian customised for Indian Languages by CDAC and is
available in Desktop as well as server. However the Linux kernel is quite
old - uses 2.6.22 kernel while Lucid uses 2.6.32. So probably (?) EXT4
support will be lacking. Also no idea about what programs are bundled with
it. However for normal desktop use it should be sufficient.
