[ubuntu-in] open office crash

Dear all,

First of all thanks for the overwhelming support

I had zipped a 600 kb document ( in zip format) and sent it over the
the e-mail).  After I disconnected the net and clicked to open the
zipped folder the OO crashed.   I tried restarting number of times.
Then i deleted the folder from the desk-top ( where i had placed it
originally).  Since I had deleted the the zip folder, I again
downloaded from the mail I had sent.   That is the sequence of what I
did.

Let me try out the suggestions in this string of mails and will post
the result.
