[ubuntu-in] Upgrading directly to 10.04 LTS from 8.04 LTS

I have installed ubuntu 9.04 in  WinxP as a part of software. Ubuntu9.04 can
be uninstalled easily thro' Add/Remove of Control settings of Winxp.  How to
install latest version 10.4 in WinXP without uninstalling
existing 9.04
