[ubuntu-in] MiniDebConf in Pune

Hi all,

I just wanted to pass the message that we are planning a MiniDebConf
in Pune in month of August. DebConf is a gathering for Debian
developers (current/wannabe) to discuss various topics. Considering
this is a mini one the focus is mostly on 'getting involved in Debian
development'.
