[ubuntu-in] OT - Unicode Hindi in Wincedows 7 or expee

Hi

This is OT regarding how one can use unicode hindi in a wincedows platform.

Are there any Opensource software, there are some propreitory ones but
would prefer a opensource and money free solution.

I use unicode hindi on Ubuntu and send people files for editing and
many of the have the stupid platform mentioned in the title line and
they don't know what to do ??

Any help , solution.
