[ubuntu-in] Tip for Newbies to keep data safe (open office)

Wow great tip. I named mine as /home/fakeer/Oo-AutoBackup. And auto save to
3 mins. I usually don't work with bulky files.

I use my Tomoboy notes in sync with a local folder which is in my Dropbox
folder so no worries of losing data. And I can access it anywhere over
Internet. However this can be placed in a folder which is in UbuntuOne too.
But I prefer Dropbox.

For those who keep sm handy files like a text files listing commands you
might forget or your ISP login details (expect passwords :P ) You can link
the files to actual files in one of the above two cloud backup tools, so
that they are always there. Even if you accident delete them or loose
somehow.

**It would have been great if Dropbox or UbuntuOne gave the option to Sync
folders from where ever they are rather than putting everything as duplicate
on the same disk or in my case same directory. Share here if you know of
such a service (free as in free beer).

People who are not using Mozilla Weave to sync their Firefox profile (not
all) to cloud should give it a try. It keeps everything of your Firefox data
(e.g. passwords, booksmarks etc.) safe and encrypted.
