[ubuntu-in] Delhi University sells out to M$

This is to bring to the notice of the FOSS community an ongoing project
undertaken by the University of Delhi to use public resources to propagate
the profit-making might of Microsoft.

Teachers in various colleges are being forced to attend these workshops,
apparently to make them tech-savvy, but it is nothing other than a blatant
advertisement of Microsoft. Could we plan a signature campaign or online
petition against this action?
