[ubuntu-in] problem with TATA Photon Whiz

Dear friends,
recently I got a problem with TATA 3G device. I added it through 
Network_Manager, some times it connects and some times doesn't connect. But 
every time when delete from VPN connections (NMgr.) and add freshly it connects.

I was using Huawei 3G Modem even in Ethiopia, with ETC connection, but it used 
to give me seamless connection I never suffered connection problem, except Lucid 
Modem issue (Which was solved after I installed Modswith software).

Any solution to this....................
