[ubuntu-in] Apache2 error 98 : make_sock: Unable to connect to port 0.0.0.0:80

using http://localhost or http://127.0.0.1 results in the list of
files/folders in that folder.

I tried accessing some php files as well, I only get the option of
"download" the file.
