Sorry for the bit-too-hasty reply. It seems that through the paypal
option you yet have to enter your credit card details. (I was asked to
enter that at the last step). For more information and workarounds
read the comments on that blog as many people are reporting that.
Plus, someone on the blog got through with google checkout. (but to
create an account you need to give your credit card details to google
checkout, if you already have a checkout account ready, you can get
through).
