[ubuntu-in] Add/Remove or Ubuntu Software Center ?

Whether new release of Ubuntu 9.10 can be installed as a part of windows
platform?. Previous version I was able to install ubuntu as part of WinXP
and was figured "ubuntu" in the Add/Remove of the WinXP.
