[ubuntu-in] Alternative to OpenOfficeOrg Word

Dear friends,
  I would like to know if there is any good OpenSource alternative to
OpenOfficeOrg Word, as I felt it is very buggy also the buggiest stable
software I ever used.
I have used KWord with mixed reactions. So kindly help me out. Oh Symphony
by IBM is there, I would like to know your views about that as I haven't
tried it.
