[ubuntu-in] reg contributing to Ubuntu

Hi all,

This is frequently appearing message from people joining this mailing list.
Its rooted in a genuine desire to contribute to free, open-source software.

Should we all contribute a running list of known/identified gaps ?
Please pool ideas.

My contribution:
1. OCR for Indic language is missing. Texts written in DevanagariI
(Sanskrit, Hindi, Marathi and many other Indian languages) is missing
from Ubuntu landscape.
Some work is being in form of ocropus/tesseract but it is aimed for
English and other foreign languages.
