[ubuntu-in] Dell Suspend/Resume Problem Ubutnu 9.10 (aka Karmic)

I have successfully replicated the same issue on my Compaq v3303 AU
Notebook . The system Hibernates smoothly , however , when coming back it
reports a "serious kernel problem which can be fixed after a restart" 
Still to check the unmounting of the SD Card
