[ubuntu-in] problems with Ubuntu Hardy installation

Some of the actions mentioned in the link above were already taken by 
me, especially chmod and chown. However, there were other problems also, 
changing the windows manager to compiz had caused some problems. Now I 
have resolved those problems, but compiz is not activated at startup so 
I have to start it manually everytime.
