[ubuntu-in] Ubuntu Mirror at IITM down?

Hi,

Is the Ubuntu mirror at IITM, Chennai facing some downtime?  I have
not been able to access it since today morning, around 5 o clock.
Kindly confirm the status, as otherwise this would mean a problem in
the network of our college LAN, which could be rectified.
